This opportunity is part of the Optima Medical Center team, a rapidly growing, remote-first organization based in the United States. We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to support and strengthen relationships with our customers while driving long-term satisfaction and product adoption.
Role Overview:
In this fully remote role, you will act as a trusted partner to assigned customers, guiding them throughout their journey—from onboarding to long-term retention. You will play a critical role in ensuring customers achieve their goals while maximizing the value of Optima Medical Center’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers across their lifecycle
• Onboard new customers and guide them through setup and product adoption
• Build strong, long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify risks and growth opportunities
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and collaborate with internal teams when required
• Proactively communicate best practices, updates, and product enhancements
• Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous product improvement
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes within the CRM system
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is required (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, customer support, or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting SaaS or technology-driven products
• Familiarity with customer success metrics such as churn, NPS, and customer lifetime value
• Prior experience working with distributed or remote teams
