Description:
Pluralsight is seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing large volumes of customer contracts while driving value through customer lifecycle engagements. The ideal candidate will support, manage, and close renewals, collaborate with Revenue, Success, Marketing, and Legal teams, and identify opportunities for upselling additional revenue. You will partner with Account Executives to engage the right sales resources for account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle including forecasting, opportunity management, quoting, agreement negotiation, and order processing.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Customer Success teams to identify and mitigate risk across customer accounts.
- Utilize data-driven strategies to enhance account management efficiency.
- Support cross-functional teams including Account Executives to ensure alignment and customer growth.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in customer renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Background in business development, sales, or scale customer success.
- Comfortable using multiple communication methods including outbound emails, calls, virtual meetings, and webinars.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts using data to drive decisions.
- Strong business acumen with analytical skills to resolve customer challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor’s degree or higher is acceptable.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and familiarity with SaaS renewal processes.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Remote role with hybrid expectation for candidates near Westlake/Dallas, TX office (on-site Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday).
- Travel may vary up to 40% depending on business needs.
