Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on proactive communication, customer satisfaction, product adoption, and growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with your team and other departments to deliver scalable and effective engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

Product Adoption & Client Communication

  • Conduct proactive outreach to drive awareness and use of product features
  • Send monthly, value-driven communications aligned with quarterly engagement goals
  • Educate clients on how Delivra’s features align with their marketing objectives

Strategic Support

  • Prepare and lead strategic review meetings for key customers
  • Regularly engage in goal-oriented discussions to drive alignment and satisfaction
  • Track customer objectives and ensure strategic fit with Delivra solutions
  • Guide newer users through common marketing workflows

Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities
  • Engage clients on growth paths and offer tailored solutions
  • Partner with Professional Services to implement scalable upgrades
  • Drive post-implementation success and adoption

Enablement & Education

  • Stay informed on Delivra’s evolving software features
  • Keep up with marketing trends, AI integrations, and automation tools
  • Apply industry insights to reduce churn and enhance client experience
  • Improve customer success processes using CRM and engagement platforms

Process Improvement

  • Follow proven playbooks and suggest process enhancements
  • Document wins and learnings to support teamwide knowledge sharing

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless experiences
  • Offer insights to improve customer success frameworks and strategies

Your First 6 Months Will Look Like:

After 1 Week:

  • Meet the team, understand company culture, and get onboarded

After 1 Month:

  • Begin proactive outreach on feature adoption and growth opportunities

After 6 Months:

  • Conduct regular strategic reviews and lead a feature adoption initiative

  • 1-2 years in customer success or email marketing
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools and CRM systems
