As we scale up to meet growing demand across a booming market, we’re on the lookout for a Client Success Executive who’s passionate about people, proactive in approach, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll be the go-to person for our clients; from day one of their journey with Expana right through to contract renewal and beyond. Whether it’s onboarding, training, or everyday support, you’ll play a vital role in making sure clients get real value from our platform. Your mission? To build strong, long-lasting relationships and ensure every client sees Expana as a trusted partner in their success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Championing client success from onboarding to renewal, ensuring they get the most from our platform
- Supporting clients with training, best practices, and everyday platform queries
- Building strong relationships through regular check-ins, insights sharing, and problem solving
- Understanding each client’s goals and helping them reach them through our tools and services
- Spotting opportunities for upsell or deeper engagement and collaborating with the sales team
- Maintaining clear, organised notes to keep internal teams in the loop
- Being the voice of the client internally – providing valuable feedback to product and development teams
You’ll Work Closely With
- Sales and key account managers
- Client Success Manager and intelligence/data teams
- Our talented product development team
- And of course our brilliant clients
What We’re Looking For
- Have Client or Customer success experience within a SaaS or DaaS B2B business
- Are a confident communicator who loves building relationships
- Enjoy helping others and problem-solving with purpose
- Have an organised, detail-oriented mindset
- Are curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed
- Want to be part of a team that’s growing fast and making an impact
Experience in client success, account management, or customer support is a bonus espeically in a DaaS environment but, if you’ve got the right attitude and energy, we’d still love to hear from you.
