ServiceUp is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our fast-growing team. ServiceUp is revolutionizing the auto repair industry by providing a comprehensive platform for fleets and insurers to manage repairs, combining collision, mechanical, and maintenance workflows with automation, AI-assisted decisions, and a national shop network.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value of our products while driving adoption and engagement. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys providing excellent service and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Creation and Setup: Create new customer accounts, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. Support training and onboarding while sharing best practices.
  • Follow-up and Adoption Support: Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customers are deriving maximum value. Address adoption barriers and provide recommendations to improve usage.
  • Customer Communication and Relationship Management: Document all interactions in CRM, manage day-to-day communication, and resolve support needs.
  • Feedback Collection and Reporting: Gather and share customer feedback to improve products and services. Report recurring issues to relevant departments and collaborate on solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer support, success, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and teach software platforms or technical products.
  • Problem-solving mindset, capable of managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
