Description:
ElevenLabs is hiring a driven, customer-focused Customer Success professional for its commercial team in the United States. This remote-first role suits someone who loves voice technology and wants to help build long-term partnerships with enterprise customers. You will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts, help define scalable customer success practices, and drive adoption and value of ElevenLabs’ audio-AI products.
What you’ll own:
- Manage a commercial book of approximately 50–70 enterprise accounts, acting as their trusted partner.
- Co-develop and refine ElevenLabs’ Customer Success playbook to support aggressive growth goals (aiming to scale toward $500M+ ARR and thousands of enterprise customers).
- Lead client onboarding, define and document best practices, and ensure customers extract clear business value from ElevenLabs’ products.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to spot churn risks and expansion opportunities.
- Measure and maintain customer health and NRR KPIs, reporting performance against company targets.
- Advocate for customers internally — translating their needs into product improvements and success plans.
Who you are (requirements):
- 3–7 years of Customer Success experience in a fast-paced SaaS company.
- A mindset oriented toward scalability and customer excellence — you think in systems, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills across customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Analytical and solution-oriented: able to interpret usage/financial signals and propose actions.
- Comfortable balancing product and customer priorities to maximize satisfaction and growth.
