Description:
RemodelBoom is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Manager to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in onboarding clients, ensuring their campaigns run smoothly, and building strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and ensure their long-term success
- Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client workflows and requirements
- Monitor client campaigns, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Communicate impact and results through personalized calls and updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, project management, or operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think, act, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong intrinsic drive, motivation, and hustle to continuously improve
- Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 per year plus variable compensation
- Fully remote position
- Weekly online games night every Thursday
- Company retreats (previously held in Cape Town)
