Description:
Medeloop is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to support researchers, clinicians, and public health teams as they adopt its AI-powered research platform. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in customer success or account management, preferably within health tech, research, or data-intensive environments. The successful candidate will help customers navigate research workflows, guide them on publication readiness, and act as a trusted partner to maximize the platform’s impact on healthcare research.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring researchers and clinicians successfully adopt the AI platform
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while solving problems efficiently
• Drive adoption by guiding customers through research workflows and identifying new ways to leverage Medeloop
• Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for the product team, influencing feature development
• Track key success metrics and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes
Requirements:
• Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in health tech or research environments
• Strong understanding of research workflows, EMR data, and scientific methodologies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and provide actionable guidance
• Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership in a fast-growing, high-impact team
