Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success plans to maximize adoption, retention, and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, health checks, and business reviews
- Identify and address customer pain points, escalating issues as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, and Product, to ensure customer needs are met
- Share customer success stories, best practices, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Perform additional customer success-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar field
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and other customer success tools
- Conversational English
