Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer success plans to maximize adoption, retention, and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, and Product, to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar field
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and other customer success tools
  • Conversational English
