RemodelBoom is the leading revenue-sharing platform for home improvement companies, where clients pay only when we help them achieve sales. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our energetic, fast-paced team, helping customers succeed while fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients, setting them up for long-term success with RemodelBoom.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their workflows, needs, and goals.
- Monitor client campaigns, ensuring they run effectively and troubleshooting independently when needed.
- Communicate results and performance impact to clients through personalized calls and video updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in customer success management, account management, project management, or operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly.
- Highly adaptable and able to learn, think, and act quickly.
- Strong intrinsic drive, focus, and hustle for continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.
