Description:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as both a strategic advisor and project lead, guiding clinics from onboarding through full adoption to long-term value realization.You will follow proven implementation templates, manage timelines, and help clinics achieve measurable outcomes quickly—targeting rapid reimbursement and increased patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding and implementation for new clinic customers, aiming for first RTM reimbursement within 30 days.
• Manage structured rollout plans, track milestones, and ensure smooth execution across stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with clinic owners, managers, and clinicians to drive adoption.
• Train physical therapists on platform workflows and best practices for patient onboarding.
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase RTM utilization, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to align customer needs with product roadmap.
• Use Customer Success tools to maintain processes, automations, and scalable workflows.
• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and performance reviews to reinforce best practices.
• Represent the company at conferences and client events as a subject-matter expert in MSK digital care.

Who you are:
A strong project manager comfortable running structured rollouts and multiple implementations.
• Proven at driving customer growth, engagement, and retention through proactive account management.
• A self-starter with ownership mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
• An excellent communicator who can quickly build trust and motivate clinic teams.
• Background in healthcare, digital health, or physical therapy is beneficial but not required.
• Data-driven, highly organized, and proficient with CS/CRM systems.
• Willing to travel 10–20% for conferences and on-site meetings.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay equivalent to $52.88–$67.30/hr (approx. $110k–$140k annually).
