Description:
Yelp is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Manager to join the RepairPal team. This role is fully remote and focuses on providing exceptional support and guidance to RepairPal Certified shop customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships, driving customer retention, and helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins and monthly contact.
• Provide comprehensive training on the RepairPal platform to shop customers.
• Drive customer retention and growth by effectively communicating program offerings and value.
• Coach RepairPal Shops on handling their own customer calls to ensure success.
• Manage escalations and proactively prevent cancellations.
• Consult and educate RepairPal Shops by handling high volumes of inbound calls and emails.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• GED/High School Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Technically proficient with computers and information systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Automotive industry experience (shop, dealership, automotive tech company, or related service role) preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with business owners professionally and solutions-oriented.
• Salesforce CRM expertise preferred.
