Role:
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful implementation, onboarding, adoption, and growth of the Quantum Metric platform. You will understand client challenges, help define meaningful requirements, and develop innovative solutions that drive customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Architect solutions that enable stakeholders to execute digital strategies effectively, including defining implementation plans and configuring the platform.
  • Engineer custom JavaScript functions to capture analytics data and meet complex use cases.
  • Configure dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide clients real-time insights into digital platform performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions.
  • Background in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting preferred.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, analytics, front-end development, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with React, Angular, Vue, or native mobile is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Tealeaf.
  • Expert in browser developer tools for testing scripts and diagnosing issues.
  • Familiarity with page load lifecycle and performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong project and time management skills, able to handle multiple client needs simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
