ABOUT THE ROLE – CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE
Swooped is partnering with a dynamic, sports-focused gaming platform to hire Customer Success Associates. This role is central to supporting users and ensuring they have a positive experience on the platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with users across multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Address and resolve user issues, including bugs and usability challenges, while collecting feedback for product improvements.
- Promote the platform through strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Take initiative, challenge conventional approaches, and develop creative solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Support user onboarding and help prioritize feature requests based on user feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Intercom is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users and internal teams.
- Availability to work weeknights and weekends with a 5-day workweek and 2 days off.
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the company’s platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
