Description:
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Customer Success Associate for a permanent remote role to actively support and enhance the customer lifecycle. This position focuses on proactively engaging customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction, while acting as a critical resource for process improvements and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and guide new customers through the onboarding process
• Address and resolve a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns
• Assist with renewals, upselling opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships
• Monitor and analyze customer performance and engagement metrics
• Provide intermediate-level training and guidance to customers
• Ensure implementation schedules, targets, and budgets are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback for product/service improvements
• Document detailed customer interactions and updates in CRM systems
• Identify opportunities for service or product enhancements based on customer feedback
