The Role:
The Customer Success Associate plays a key role in ensuring customers enter energy markets efficiently and are fully equipped to succeed. This position involves managing onboarding processes for new and existing customers, providing ongoing support, and fostering long-term relationships. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, you will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Energy Markets departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Core Objectives:
• Accelerate the customer onboarding process to ensure readiness for participation and profitability.
• Streamline collaboration across teams to enhance efficiency and reduce internal friction.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers after onboarding.
• Provide continuous support to the Sales team for customer account needs.
