About the Role:
The Customer Success Associate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clinical researchers throughout their project lifecycle—from onboarding to study completion. This position involves overseeing recruitment campaign launches, managing marketing materials, conducting client meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the creation of marketing and recruitment content for clinical studies.
  • Work across teams to launch and manage recruitment campaigns successfully.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with research clients.
  • Improve customer satisfaction methods and service delivery processes.
  • Conduct client meetings and follow through with action items.
  • Respond promptly to client support requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Gather customer feedback to help enhance product development and marketing strategies.
  • Document client communications, track performance, and maintain organized records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an academic research or clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Research Coordinator or in managing clinical trials.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creating marketing materials.
