About The Role:
We’re hiring a hands-on Customer Success Associate to manage a large portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts. You’ll be responsible for operational excellence across the customer lifecycle — from onboarding and activation to ongoing engagement and renewals. This role is ideal for a data-minded, detail-oriented professional who wants to scale their customer success experience while supporting a mission-driven company.

Responsibilities:

Own Customer Relationships
• Manage a broad book of small-to-mid accounts and serve as the primary contact for those customers.
• Guide customers through their lifecycle, build trust, and drive retention and long-term value.

Onboarding & Activation
• Lead or support onboarding to ensure customers launch successfully.
• Define implementation goals and milestones, document best practices, and set clear expectations.

Engagement & Retention
• Monitor customer usage and engagement data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive feature adoption, deliver insights, and support renewal and upsell conversations.

Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Support teams to resolve customer issues and share feedback.
• Help build playbooks, templates, and scalable tools to improve the customer experience.

Success Measurement
• Track core KPIs (engagement, satisfaction, growth) and maintain up-to-date documentation on account health, risks, and recommended actions.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills
• 1–3 years in customer success, account coordination, client services, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with basic data analysis and familiar with digital tools used for tracking and reporting.
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, or HR tech is a plus.
