Description:
Harris Computer, through its NorthStar Utilities Solutions division, is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to join our expanding support team. This remote role allows candidates based anywhere in Canada and the USA. Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required, with a valid passport necessary for travel across Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean.

As a Customer Success Analyst, you will manage customer tickets, providing timely responses and updates, investigating and resolving issues, and contributing to our knowledge base. You will communicate with customers via CHAT, telephone, and electronic tickets, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to NorthStar Support guidelines. This role reports to the Manager of Customer Success and works closely with a collaborative team to deliver proactive, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-line customer support as the primary liaison between NorthStar and clients
• Respond to and resolve inquiries of both product and technical nature received by telephone, electronic tickets, or CHAT
• Review software configurations, setups, and code to determine correct resolutions or escalations
• Record detailed client interactions in tracking systems and document processes according to team guidelines
• Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure inquiries and issues are resolved
• Collaborate with team members to exchange knowledge and participate in peer training
• Maintain current knowledge of applications and related technologies
• Develop, document, and uphold support best practices

Requirements & Preferences:

• Proven experience in a Software Support or Customer Success role
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
• Preference given to candidates with utility industry experience
