ROOTS Food is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Support Agent to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support to customers
- Handle inquiries across channels (in-store, phone, email, social media)
- Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Help maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A customer-first attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Comfortable with digital tools and online support systems
- Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately
