CVS Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support its growing healthcare services team. This remote position supports Pacific Standard Time hours and plays a key role in delivering compassionate, customer-focused service to members, employers, healthcare providers, and partners.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them understand benefits, resolve claims-related questions, and navigate available healthcare resources. This role requires empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills to ensure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively listening to customers, understanding their concerns, and providing accurate guidance and support
  • Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while documenting all interactions and outcomes
  • Educating customers on benefit plans, claims processes, and available resources
  • Anticipating customer needs and offering proactive solutions to improve satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams and departments to resolve service-related issues
  • Maintaining confidentiality of patient and customer information at all times
  • Following company policies, procedures, and the CVS/Aetna Code of Conduct

Performance in this role will be evaluated based on customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, quality and accuracy of service, adherence to schedules, and demonstration of CVS Health’s “Heart at Work” values.

Required qualifications include:
