Description:
SECLOCK is seeking motivated and professional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our remote team. This role requires candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while providing outstanding customer support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service calls, providing first call resolution for order tracking, returns, and other inquiries
  • Support Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) by providing pricing, availability, order status, preparing quotes, reports, and sales forms
  • Serve as a dedicated support resource for multiple TSRs, assisting with quotes, vendor communication, and returns processing
  • Communicate professionally with customers and TSRs via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate quote documentation, technical documents, and pricing information
  • Resolve customer service issues, including billing and shipping
  • Analyze sales data and prepare sales charts as needed
  • Manage and coordinate sales literature requests for TSRs
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of local trade shows
  • Follow up on open customer orders and review team open order reports
  • Collaborate with warehouse and inventory planning teams
  • Update and maintain records in company systems and files
  • Maintain all faxed requests and perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the security and/or door hardware industry preferred
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding phone etiquette and service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and document creation
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary business platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively under time-sensitive conditions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Excellent multi-tasking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
