Copart, Inc., a global leader in online vehicle auctions with over 200 facilities worldwide, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. The CSR will act as the first point of contact for Copart customers, helping facilitate vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations, while supporting other office functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and support
• Respond professionally to calls, and potentially expand to Chat and Email support
• Focus on call resolution while using company resources to offer timely solutions
• Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and follow-up
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:
• One year of office support experience in customer service preferred
• High School diploma
• Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with office equipment and MS Suite
• Typing speed of 45 WPM
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Occasional overtime as needed
