Blue Origin is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Experience team on a part-time basis. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, partners, and the public, providing information and support on programs, products, ticketing, events, and general company inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online channels professionally and promptly
  • Provide accurate information on Blue Origin programs, merchandise, events, and offerings

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical, safety-sensitive, or specialized questions
