Join Pet Supplies Plus as a Customer Service Representative (Neighbor Service Coordinator) and provide outstanding support to our Neighbors—our valued customers. Based at our Livonia, MI headquarters, this remote role allows you to deliver top-notch customer service from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to neighbor requests regarding store services, products, loyalty programs, and other company offerings via phone and email.
- Collaborate with stores and field management to efficiently resolve neighbor complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of all incoming neighbor communications and inquiries.
- Generate reports on inquiries and resolution times.
- Improve neighbor retention through proactive service and engagement.
- Stay updated on company promotions, programs, and services.
- Manage product recalls and provide accurate company information to neighbors.
Candidate Requirements:
- High School Diploma; degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of customer service experience with knowledge of service delivery.
- Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism, clarity, and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while multitasking efficiently.
- Strong critical thinking skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and MS Office applications.
