Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications across multiple channels.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide real-time support via phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms.
Problem Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in workflow management systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated concerns.
Service Excellence
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and communication.
- Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining professionalism.
