Description:
Vestis Corporation is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. Vestis provides uniforms and related products to over 400,000 customers nationwide, serving a wide range of industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, providing information on products, pricing, and account services.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and account-related notes.
  • Deliver quality customer service with one-call resolution and long-term relationship building.
  • Assist customers with account status, invoicing, payments, and discrepancies.
  • Conduct research to reconcile unassigned cash or payment issues.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor resolution plans tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Build and maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure timely handling of customer issues.
  • Use decision-making and troubleshooting skills for pricing, invoicing, service delivery, and other inquiries.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company service programs and escalate unresolved concerns.
  • Support new hires via one-on-one or team lab sessions, reinforcing processes and guidance.
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of customer service operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of customer service processes, complaint handling, inventory, and accounts receivable.
  • Initiative, urgency, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency with company software; Oracle experience a plus.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.

Education:

  • High school degree required; Associates Degree or higher preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably in high call volume environments.
