Description:
Vestis Corporation is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, providing information on products, pricing, and account services.
- Accurately record customer interactions and account-related notes.
- Deliver quality customer service with one-call resolution and long-term relationship building.
- Assist customers with account status, invoicing, payments, and discrepancies.
- Conduct research to reconcile unassigned cash or payment issues.
- Develop, implement, and monitor resolution plans tailored to individual customer needs.
- Build and maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure timely handling of customer issues.
- Use decision-making and troubleshooting skills for pricing, invoicing, service delivery, and other inquiries.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company service programs and escalate unresolved concerns.
- Support new hires via one-on-one or team lab sessions, reinforcing processes and guidance.
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of customer service operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of customer service processes, complaint handling, inventory, and accounts receivable.
- Initiative, urgency, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with company software; Oracle experience a plus.
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
Education:
- High school degree required; Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably in high call volume environments.
