Chewy is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our remote support team serving pet parents across the country. This role is perfect for people who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and want to work from home within the state of Texas. You’ll represent one of the fastest-growing e-commerce leaders in the pet space and help deliver an excellent customer experience every day.

What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and assist with ordering, product selection, returns, and issue resolution.
• Research and troubleshoot problems to provide timely solutions; set follow-ups when necessary to ensure complete resolution.
• Use active listening, empathy, and clear communication to de-escalate situations and build trust with pet parents.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers through virtual tools (Zoom, Slack) to share information and improve service.
• Learn continuously from feedback and training to grow your skills and contribute to a customer-centric culture.

What You’ll Need
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to demonstrate these in an assessment.
• Comfortable multitasking — handling phone conversations while using computer systems and taking notes.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and web navigation.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts and overtime as required.
• Commitment to confidentiality and willingness to pass a background check.
• A distraction-free workspace suitable for webcam use and customer interactions.

Technical Requirements
• Reliable wired high-speed internet (minimum ~30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
• Personal smartphone or tablet for two-factor authentication (Okta Verify or SMS).
