Citydrinks is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a consistently positive service experience. The position requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily customer service operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and evaluating customer service staff activities while providing regular performance-related feedback.
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring the daily operations of the customer service function.
  • Supporting customer service team members with their duties when required.
  • Training staff on customer service standards, procedures, and company policies.
  • Managing customer service coverage and customer flow to ensure efficient and professional service.
  • Reviewing and validating product returns, exchanges, and void transactions.
  • Investigating customer complaints and implementing appropriate resolutions.
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of customer service policies to both staff and customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor with knowledge of logistics operations.
  • Hands-on experience in customer support, customer care, and customer relations.
  • Familiarity with the industry is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and customer management tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patience and professionalism when handling challenging customer situations.
  • Willingness to work in an alcohol-related business environment.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Abu Dhabi.
