Description:
Timeline Optimization Group is seeking a skilled Customer Service Project Analyst III to join their fully remote team. This role focuses on analyzing customer service operations, delivering actionable insights, and enhancing business processes in a sustainable and impact-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for internal teams
• Develop and implement methods to monitor adherence to Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data integration, reporting, and presentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business analysis needs
• Manage and prioritize customer requests and internal business requirements to maximize value
Required Qualifications:
• 4–7 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for analysis and reporting
