Keeta is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead its customer support function in Dubai. The ideal candidate will take ownership of daily operations, manage team performance, and implement strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Oversee and manage customer service operations, ensuring consistent service excellence
