Vega Worldwide Logistics LLC is looking for a customer-focused and organized Customer Service Executive to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipment activities, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional support.
• Manage shipment bookings and coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and shipping-related documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer and shipment issues.
• Follow up on pending bookings and shipment status.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of:
• MS Office applications
• CRM software
• Logistics operations, shipment coordination, and customer service
