A company in Dubai is currently hiring a Customer Service – Contracts Support professional to manage client contracts and support retention-focused operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in contract handling, customer relationship management, and administrative support within service-based environments.
The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth contract lifecycle management, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting financial and operational processes.
• Handle contract-related customer service tasks including renewals, cancellations, and updates
• Manage client retention activities and ensure consistent follow-up with customers
• Support payment collection processes and coordinate with relevant departments
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, customer interactions, and service requests
• Use MS Excel, CRM tools, and helpdesk ticketing systems for daily operations
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and maintain high service standards
Requirements:
