Frontdoor is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Chat Representative to support homeowners and business partners by delivering exceptional service experiences. The successful candidate will represent the company by assisting customers through various communication channels, explaining service coverage, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional relationships with customers, contractors, and business partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound calls, written correspondence, and electronic communications.

• Provide accurate information regarding service contracts, product coverage, and company procedures.

• Resolve customer service concerns by following up with customers, contractors, and business partners.

• Maintain updated knowledge of company policies, procedures, programs, and service guidelines.

• Complete required training and continuing education courses.

• Maintain professional and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

• Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital communication tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

• Customer service experience and training are preferred.
