About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team at 130 Marlene Dr, Nicholasville, KY. In this role, you will help create a positive, light-hearted experience for customers, ensuring they leave with a smile and a sparkling clean vehicle. This position offers a dynamic and supportive team environment where your energy and service make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and enthusiasm
- Promote and sell the Unlimited Wash Club and other services
- Safely and efficiently guide vehicles into the car wash using clear hand signals
- Deliver excellent customer experiences to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional car wash site
- Work effectively with team members to meet performance goals
- Adhere to safety and operational protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Friendly, positive, and customer-service oriented attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
