This role is ideal for individuals who have strong communication abilities and prior experience in exchange house or customer service environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls, chats, emails, and service requests efficiently
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
