Description:
Prime Therapeutics LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Resolution Associate to join our team remotely. We are a purpose-driven PBM with a focus on connecting care and supporting the members we serve. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the pharmacy industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and fax regarding the concierge program for members, pharmacies, prescribers, or plans.
- Process Pharmacy Concierge case management cases, including accurate entry, review, and documentation in both claims processing and case management systems.
- Maintain detailed case profiles by entering member, prescriber, pharmacy, and drug information accurately.
- Investigate and resolve inquiries promptly; escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
- Manage work queues efficiently to meet client-specific turnaround times.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and operational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- At least 6 months of work experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without a work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability and willingness to learn internal systems, processes, and programs
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
- Adaptability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet, and email
- Flexibility to accommodate business scheduling needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field
- 1 year of related PBM or healthcare experience
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT/CPhT)
