Description:
The Mom Project is hiring a Customer Renewal Executive (CRE) on a contract basis to support one of its customers, a global market leader in enterprise application software and cloud solutions. This organization serves over 200 million users worldwide and empowers businesses across industries to operate efficiently, adapt continuously, and achieve long-term growth through advanced cloud, machine learning, IoT, and analytics technologies.

This is a 100% remote role based in the United States and is ideal for professionals with strong commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship skills who thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end customer renewal processes in close partnership with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Product Owners, and extended account teams
  • Engage directly with customers to negotiate commercial terms and secure incremental renewal revenue
  • Own renewal strategy execution, including deal structuring, forecasting inputs, and commercial planning
  • Convert existing Preferred Success contracts into new SKUs during renewal cycles, including early renewals and contract restructures
  • Develop and implement proactive migration plans to support portfolio transitions and customer-focused go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain expertise in internal renewal processes and manage renewal phases across systems and stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and regionally to drive successful renewal outcomes
  • Apply cloud terms and conditions effectively during renewal negotiations
  • Use mutually beneficial negotiation techniques to balance customer satisfaction with revenue objectives
  • Support transactional activities related to renewals, replacements, and entitlement alignment
  • Track commercial and entitlement metrics while applying forecasting principles
  • Provide feedback to enhance renewal workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong stakeholder influence and relationship management
  • Demonstrated commercial negotiation experience with the ability to meet or exceed renewal targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple commercial software platforms and internal systems
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a process-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of renewal strategy execution, commercial metrics, and forecasting principles
  • Familiarity with cloud terms and conditions is preferred
