Role overview: We’re hiring a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to join a small, collaborative team. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once while delivering exceptional service. This position fits someone who enjoys customer interaction, has an eye for product detail, and is interested in the intersection of ecommerce, operations, and design.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, live chats, and phone inquiries about products and orders.
• Manage order issues, shipping enquiries, and returns with accuracy and empathy.
• Become a product expert — maintain strong knowledge of the catalog so you can advise customers confidently.
• Approach complex customer situations with a solutions-first mindset, aiming to turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Liaise with warehouse and shipping partners to resolve outstanding fulfillment or delivery problems.
• Collect, analyze, and escalate customer feedback to management to help refine the shopping experience and operational processes.

Requirements:
• Proven background in customer service or retail support, ideally in ecommerce.
• Experience using Zendesk or similar help-desk platforms is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• A genuine customer-first attitude and the ability to de-escalate and resolve issues.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules (Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday), with occasional holiday coverage as needed.
