We are seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Associates. You will be the friendly voice behind every interaction, assisting with order updates, answering questions across multiple channels, and escalating feedback to improve service. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers over the phone and via email with product and service inquiries
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails
• Proactively identify solutions to anticipated customer questions
• Take ownership of issues from start to finish to ensure resolution
• Deliver a best-in-class service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Provide technical support to customers navigating our website
• Create a delightful experience for each interaction beyond just solving a problem

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience with computer and web-based tools
• 1+ years of customer service experience or veterinary care experience
• Ability to work 9:30am – 6pm ET, Monday to Friday
• Comfortable working virtually with phone and computer contact throughout the shift
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Virtual Requirements:
• Broadband internet with minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• Home environment that is private, distraction-free, and suitable for focused work

Preferred / Nice to Have:
• 2+ years of phone or email customer service experience
• Previous virtual work experience
• Experience in veterinary/pet care
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
• Passion for animals (not required but a plus)
