This remote role prefers candidates based in California and offers the chance to work across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage customer credits in JD Edwards (JDE) to offset valid deductions for Trade and non-Trade. Communicate with AR for invalid deductions.
• Collaborate with internal partners to validate non-Trade deductions and request additional documentation from customers when needed.
• Process Trade deductions validated by Sales in JDE and communicate with AR team for offsetting.
• Participate in internal meetings to analyze customer deduction behavior and identify efficiency opportunities.
Experience and Education:
• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Supply Chain, including Order Management, Distribution, Inventory, Transportation, or Demand and Supply Planning.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; JD Edwards preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• APICS certification or in-progress beneficial.
