Overview of the Position Responsibilities:
Join Bluepeak’s customer support team as the primary point of contact for inbound service requests, focused on billing and technical support. You will own each customer interaction from first contact through resolution, helping subscribers get the most from our fiber-based video, phone, and internet services.
What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound billing inquiries, process payments, and explain billing cycles, due dates, prorations, and charges clearly to customers.
- Proactively review customer accounts to recommend appropriate plans or add-on services.
- Troubleshoot basic and complex issues across Bluepeak’s internet, TV and phone products; guide customers through step-by-step resolutions.
- Identify patterns that may signal broader network or service problems and escalate those to the appropriate teams.
- Complete other related duties assigned to support smooth operations and excellent customer outcomes.
What You Will Need:
- At least one year of customer service experience; prior call center or tele-support background is a strong advantage.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette and active listening.
- Ability to interpret technical information and explain it simply to customers.
- Good problem-solving and analytical ability, plus strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain professional in stressful or changing situations.
- Passing a background check and drug test is required prior to employment.
