AppFolio Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist I to deliver exceptional client experiences by providing expert-level support to customers. This role is designed for professionals who can navigate both routine and complex client inquiries, transforming challenges into actionable solutions that save time and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of product experts to resolve a wide range of inbound client inquiries.
  • Provide specialized support while consistently meeting and exceeding established OKRs.
  • Develop detailed action plans when clients face service issues or performance gaps.
  • Maintain professionalism in all client interactions, both written and verbal.
  • Utilize multiple software platforms to research, analyze, and present data to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
