We are currently hiring a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join a professional call center team based in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, well-organized, and confident in handling customer interactions across multiple communication channels.
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority. You will also work closely with internal departments to resolve inquiries and maintain accurate service records.
