Position: Custom Clearing Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customs documentation and clearance processes for both import and export shipments.
- Communicate effectively with customs authorities, shipping lines, and port officials to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor customs declarations through relevant online portals.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customs clearance activities.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of practical experience in customs clearance within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE customs regulations, HS codes, and import/export protocols.
- Skilled in using UAE customs online systems like Mirsal 2 and Dubai Trade.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
