Position Summary
We’re hiring a fully remote Cruise Reservations Agent to help clients plan and book cruise vacations. You’ll guide customers from the research phase through booking and pre-departure support, using industry tools to manage reservations and ensure exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and desired destinations.
- Research and recommend suitable cruise itineraries, cabin types, and packages.
- Manage the full reservation process: booking, confirmations, modifications, and special requests.
- Liaise with cruise line partners to confirm availability, pricing, and policy details.
- Keep up-to-date with seasonal promotions, offers, and trending destinations.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of bookings, client preferences, and communications.
- Provide timely pre-departure support and clear communication to clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bookings and timelines.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, booking platforms, email, and other digital tools.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or reservations is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
