About the role
Mpower Direct LLC (Mpower Solar), a fast-growing solar installer based in New York, is hiring a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join the Solar Operations team in a remote capacity. You will be the day-to-day owner of HubSpot CRM and related integrations — ensuring clean data, smooth processes, reliable reporting, and strong user adoption across sales, marketing, and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the CRM migration to HubSpot, planning and executing data transfers to minimize downtime and maintain accuracy.
- Troubleshoot migration and post-go-live issues, resolving technical or data discrepancies quickly.
- Maintain and optimize CRM processes, including automations, pipelines, and reporting to match business workflows.
- Manage user access and lifecycle, handling onboarding and offboarding and setting appropriate permissions.
- Perform regular CRM audits to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Create and maintain documentation — user manuals, training guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Deliver training sessions and onboarding for new users and feature rollouts to support adoption.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support to refine CRM usage, improve handoffs, and increase effectiveness.
- Support cross-functional CRM projects and provide reporting and insights for leadership as required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working as a HubSpot Specialist or in a comparable CRM role.
- Strong analytical ability with experience translating data into actionable insights and presentations.
- Proficiency with HubSpot is required; experience with other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Skilled with data visualization and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to train non-technical users.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation & Details:
- Rate: $20–$25 USD per hour.
