Description:
We are hiring a Credit Support Specialist II to join our growing Credit and Financing team. This is a remote U.S.-based role supporting sales finance programs within a well-established, family-owned organization with more than 100 years of industry leadership. This role focuses on reviewing and processing credit and sales finance applications, maintaining accurate customer account records, and supporting both internal teams and external customers with professionalism and efficiency.

Role Overview:

  • Review and process sales finance and credit applications
  • Handle account setup, updates, and maintenance of credit documentation
  • Support reporting activities and credit account administration
  • Contribute positively to the Credit and Financing team while upholding company core values

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to customers and employees related to Sales Finance Programs
  • Process sales finance applications and follow up on missing or required information
  • Respond promptly and professionally to questions, feedback, and inquiries
  • Review new accounts and modifications to existing accounts within assigned authority
  • Set up new customer accounts and ensure accurate record maintenance
  • Draft and manage professional written correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Assist customers and internal teams transitioning to the online customer account portal
  • Support improvements to processes and assist with documentation when required

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative, specialist, or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with JD Edwards systems is preferred
  • Ability to process credit and financing documentation accurately
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
