URGENT HIRING: Credit Controller – UAE (Arabic Mandatory)
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join a growing finance team in the UAE. This is a key role for a professional with strong expertise in credit control, receivables management, and collections, along with mandatory fluency in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor customer accounts closely and ensure timely payment collections
• Review, assess, and approve customer credit limits in line with company policies
• Follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Prepare accurate aging reports and share regular updates with management
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve payment-related issues
• Ensure full compliance with internal credit control policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable roles
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Strong understanding of credit management, collections, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
