A rapidly expanding FinTech organization in the UAE is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst with solid experience in digital lending and financial technology environments. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on exposure to evaluating credit risk within SME lending portfolios and thrive in fast-paced, technology-driven financial ecosystems.
The selected candidate will play a key role in assessing credit applications, performing financial analysis, and supporting data-driven lending decisions. Prior experience in FinTech or digital lending platforms is mandatory, as the position requires a strong understanding of automated underwriting systems and modern risk evaluation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the creditworthiness of SME clients by reviewing financial statements, bank records, and other supporting documentation
• Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal and risk assessment reports
• Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate repayment capacity and associated risks
• Continuously monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signals
• Collaborate closely with underwriting, sales, and risk management teams to facilitate informed lending decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards
